We deliver nationwide throughout the mainland UK using our courier. We cannot deliver outside the UK.

Orders over £75 - FREE
Please order by midnight on WEDNESDAY evening. We despatch on MONDAY to be delivered on TUESDAY.
In order to keep costs down we hold no stock and order direct from our suppliers based on customer orders. Our cut-off is WEDNESDAY evening each week. We then place a bulk order with our suppliers and receive the goods in time to despatch them to you on MONDAY to be delivered on TUESDAY.
Other Delivery Terms
Delivery is between 9am and 5pm. If you are not going to be in please specify at the payment page where to leave your delivery.
National delivery refers to mainland UK only.
Deliveries to the Highlands and Islands of Scotland - (postcodes IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE), Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly (postcodes BT, IM, TR21-25) and the Channel Islands will incur a surcharge which we will confirm with individual customers before despatching orders.
Please choose the correct delivery rate at checkout based on your delivery area or postcode. If you choose the incorrect delivery rate we reserve the right to amend your final total accordingly.
Transactions will appear on your statement as 'Garlands Organic'. Your account will be debited immediately. If any item is out of stock we will contact you and refund where we are unable to supply any item.
- In the unlikely event of goods arriving damaged, we will normally refund the cost of the affected items. We reserve the right to request photographic evidence. Where the shipment contains glass, we will make every effort to pack it carefully but are unable to provide a refund in the unlikely event of it being broken in transit.
- In the event of the incorrect item being received, we ask that you contact us in the first instance. Subject to each individual situation we will decide whether the item is to be returned to us, in which case we will refund the cost and cost of postage you have incurred, or we will re-send the correct item.
- In the event of the correct item being despatched but the customer changing their mind on receipt, the onus is on the buyer to return the item in its original condition and packaged securely and we will then refund the cost of that item in full. If 50% or more of the order value is returned to us we will refund the cost less the cost of delivery which will be advised.
